Well, it would probably be for the best. You doubted there was anything you could kill with it anyways, and so long as Reisen was protecting you, you didn't feel you needed to fight. Maybe you'd wait until you were sure you could handle yourself, but so far as you know, you are outside of whatever rules govern combat in this place.
You ask Reisen to take you to see these 'Kappa figures'. She obliges you fast, and in little time, you find yourself being led to parts of the Village lying on the outskirts, in areas that were without the wall. Soon, she leads you to a warehouse. It looked... abandoned.
But out of the corner of your eye, you noticed something blue standing out from behind a barrel.

You feel a lot of blinking eyes staring very shyly at you and the Rabbit who made only enough effort to push her ears back to disguise herself. She sees a hand from behind a crate beckon you both behind the warehouse. You take a cautious look at Reisen, and she nods to you, before you decide to walk back there with her, coming upon a group of shorter girls in blue uniforms managing a store of items in the warehouse that were being hidden there discreetly, away from the sight of the rest of the Village. They used mechanical arms that extended from their backpacks to easily handle the heavy lifting.
"<span class="mu-i">What's all this then?</span>" A Kappa with blue twin-tails asked.
"<span class="mu-i">It's that Rabbit, the one who sells medicine from Eientei.</span>" A Kappa wearing glasses noted.
"<span class="mu-i">And she has an Outsider with her! Hah, he's wearing Dickies!</span>" A Kappa with black hair mocked your fashion sense.
"<span class="mu-i">But an Outsider must have things after all, things we Kappa would be interested in.</span>" A Kappa with blond hair pointed out, tipping her hat.
The Kappa with blue twin-tails sheepishly stepped up and cleared her throat.
<span class="mu-i">"Attention, Human, Rabbit! I am Kawashiro Nitori! I am, usually, the leader of the Kappa who live in Genbu Ravine. We Kappa are the closest thing to a friend Mankind has among Youkai!"</span>
A claim yet to be proven, with how boastful she came off.

The Kappa all suddenly sparked with a mighty interest. They were practically squealing like kids at a birthday.

Well now, they'd be right at home in America after all, wouldn't they?
Reaching into your jacket, you held the Glock aloft for them to see. They all quieted down and stared at it in silence.
