DAY 11
Seven Rations Remain
You touch back down in the Singing Zone. While raiding the dungeon and finding the Candypop Buds have given you a useful tool, you still don't have your part from the desert here.
You spend this day moving towards it, making sure to look for food in the most likely of places here- the shiny bright red thing you are calling the Insect Condo, due to its highly desirable traits for parasites and pests, is now in your position. Hey- let go of that little red! Heh, that silly pikmin must think that things belongs in the red onion due to its color. We need to get you some nectar to straighten you out! The big red fruit grants an amazing six units of juice for you- granting you six more days rations.
Later in the day, you navigate to the most desolate part of the desert- where your part has been detected. Getting closer, you realize what it is- the incredible amount of static electricity in the air gives it away. It's your Perpetual Dynamo- an electricity generating machine that will grant you nigh-infinite amounts of useful energy! Your ship currently is using its supply of starship fuel and the minimal amount of energy from solar collectors to power itself and your own appliances within- with this, you can finally keep the ship fully lit, warm, and maybe even entertain yourself with some video games while you spend the night in orbit around the planet.
But there's a problem. The dynamo has clearly taken some damage and even now is giving off a massive amount of electrical energy all around it- it will fry anything that comes close! Your own suit warns of potential damage, you can't in good conscious order any pikmin to carry it- they're scared of the arcing electrical energy! None of your pikmin can withstand that kind of current, you reckon.
Oh well- today was a bit of a wash then. You'll have to finish this zone off later...
