>>5714582I actually did do some visual research on trench warfare, I know there are some ww1 warfare history expert anons here from the biplane / aerial quest. This image went into my visual inspiration folder even though it is perhaps too low resolution and not at a good enough scale for miniatures, but I think roughly this sort of not quite exact pseudo isometric overhead shot can roughly work when rotating or tilting the perspective for 2d miniatures too.
