As you remember the old coliseum was open to the sky above, so now sunken you should be able to just swim up and out, so long as you can make it that far. After all that you've been through, part of you actually desires the chance to fight. After your defeat by the king, among many things felt, you remain quite angry and bitter. To take out that rage on some weaklings would be a good stress release, pound a few mermen into mulch.
How easy it would be, but perhaps more than angry... you're just tired. Ironic despite having been unconscious long enough after your defeat but injured as you are, sore and in pain, you'd prefer the chance just to rest and recover. You can still destroy your enemies later and get out some of that rage, but you'd like to do it when you won't feel in pain while doing so.
<span class="mu-b">"...just out there then, through that tunnel?"</span>
<span class="mu-s">"A-Ah... y-yes, that's the way to the arena..."</span>
Letting go of the jailer then and leaving the overseeing quarters of the prison cavern, you stomp past the guards nervously brandishing their weapons, and right on through to the entry tunnel. Eventually emerging into the center of the arena itself, having to adjust for a short while to the increased light and the massively greater noise.
<span class="mu-b">"Awww... look at that! You'd think more would turn out to see me!"</span>
<span class="mu-s">"See us, you mean!"</span>
The ruins of the old Atlantean coliseum, a fairly huge structure built for entertainment in times past. Well it's still in use and important to the sea folk, who have built up and maintained the place during the time since the destruction. Although some events were scheduled this day, indeed you interrupted an ongoing staged battle down in the arena when you emerged, it seems though that it really wasn't planned for you to fight anytime soon. The upper area for the spectators is decently filled but there are empty portions here and there, when surely there would not be if people knew you were to be on show.
Though of course, when you are seen, there is a huge uproar of excitement. Unfortunately to disappoint however, you aren't sticking around here.
<span class="mu-b">"Right, hold on then."</span>
One last amused look to all the gathered sea folk around, before you kick off the arena floor and surge up and up through the ocean. Out of the arena soon enough and then up beyond the rest of the ruins into open waters. Interestingly you do notice that the portion of ruins you are leaving are not the high city, where you fought the king, so you must have been brought to this lower district of the ruins where mermaids are not the main population.
Not that it matters though, you're ready to leave this whole place behind... for now.
