>>5662947>>5662993Also if you examine ANY LITERATURE, it is all stealing hehe, Shakespeare lifted the plot, dialogue, and exactly worded soliloquies passages from Romans / Greek stories he read eg Ovid, or archetype characters from Plautus etc (I learnt the other day, the famous Shakespeare "All The World's A Stage, And All The Men And Women Merely Players" may have been from Petronius). Shakespeare never made any money publishing his work, he grew wealthy only from theatrical performances, acting; in fact it might be said that a sizeable amount of Shakespeare only exists because of piracy ie others memorising, transcribing and publishing unauthorised editions of his plays, which is why nearly every Shakespeare text exists in multiple and sometimes conflicting versions, good/bad folios and quartos. The same act of synthesis and adaptation found in TS Eliot, Virginia Woolf etc. I think a lot of people have some fear of sharing their special secret ideas hehe, I personally just do not mind and would actually encourage people to steal combine and adapt anything they want from anywhere. It is interesting to see what chimeras emerge!
