ADM1N looked over the people with a conserved eye that glanced between the peoples who were present. TalOS could guess he was measuring whether they would cause a dispute or roughhousing, for unlike TalOS ADM1N was forced to rule during a time of change. If trouble brewed here it would have spelled the end of his reign upon Lucius and the rest of the Federation.
TalOS was not worried that his Steel Wardens would stop things from going much further than a simple strike against one another.
+Duke, you have permission to speak first to grant us further insight into the matters at hand. Why was the House of Tollem insulted and what is it you wished to have recognized today.+ ADM1N declared as he lowered himself next to TalOS.
As he did so TalOS handed to the Fabricator Locum a dense light connection so that they would be able to trade information discreetly. His connection was received and given the standard prayer of welcome, ‘Hello World’.
+I thank you for welcoming me to Lucius, Fabricator Locum ADM1N and Fabricator General TalOS. The beauty of its architecture and warmachines helps my mind knowing that humanity will conquer the stars beyond.+ Duke Keither admonished with a smile and attempt at seeming sincere. TalOS could taste some sincerity, but it was not as much as the man was speaking.
As TalOS made this assessment the man continued, +It is to my knowledge that the Member of House Tollem, Prince Ascot, expected the Count to give standard greetings as a Count of Dutonis would give to him. The Prince gave the fellow another chance to receive his mercy but was denied, thus the duel that he won was committed.+
The Knight soon declared, +It is within the expectations of the Knights of Dutonis to have those of lower rank acknowledge the fact. We are given such honors in the Imperium of Mankind, I do not see why we should be denied such respect.+
Looking about the room the man was getting nods from his fellows in agreement. The Priests were also nodding to this line of thinking, but unlike the other two groups both sides respected them. The problem here was that the Knights and Nobles were mutually exclusive, meaning respect had yet to really form.
With those words spoken the moderator ADM1N spoke, +Lorkell, you may respond to the Duke’s declarations.+
