You strut about the Shrine grounds outside after leaving the Miko to it. You searched about the premises carefully, observing the various details of the exterior. You didn't want to offend whichever Kami might be enshrined here, or any spirits that might be attracted to a religious site, but you really wanted to find miss Mima. You decided it wouldn't do any wrong to boldly knock against the wood around here.
"Mima? Excuse me, Lady Mima? Are you out there anywhere?"
<span class="mu-g">"Hm?"</span>
A voice from behind, you turn around to witness the ghostly woman peek her head out of one of the various mini-shrines you saw. Ah, so that's what a 'Hokora' is.
She turns to you and puts on an expression of surprise as she fully emerges from the Hokora, ghost-tail wiggling slightly as she lowers to eye level with you, adopting a pleasant smile.
<span class="mu-g">"Ah, Albert, so nice to see you again. I wasn't expecting this today. Ah, but how exactly?"</span>
"I found a way back in, or rather, I was allowed a way back in. It looks like whatever's gotten me here is far from over."
<span class="mu-g">"I see. Well, you're in good hands here at least. I heard you calling for my name. How may I be of service?"</span>
"W-Well, ma'am, I was thinking about my options now that I'm back. I remembered what you told me the last time I was here, s-so I was curious if that might still be possible." You stutter nervously to the ghostly lady. Asking for magical lessons appeared to bring on a lot of pressure, surely a lot more intimidating than going to the DMV to learn to drive for the first time, or a job interview.
Thankfully, Mima had gained an enthusiastic smile from that and held her scepter with both hands as she nodded.
<span class="mu-g">"Of course. I have plenty of time on my hands, dear, and I wouldn't have scouted you like I did if I ever intended to let that offer expire. I would be glad to teach you. The experience of getting to teach someone who has no arcane skills how to wield sorcery from the ground up again would be a refreshment to myself! I can teach you indeed, depending on when you'd like to start."</span>
Oh! Good. You breath a sigh of relief and smiled back to Mima, elated to hear that.
"W-Well, Lady Mima, what would you suggest staring with for a... total beginner?"
She adored how respectful the tone you took with her was and extended a hand. A plethora of glowing runic symbols in her green and ghostly aura flashed into appearance before your eyes, hovering around her hand in circles. There was a waviness that looked uplifting, a small flame, an illusionary flow of water, a bubble, and an eye rune.
