To think that his entire life was being built up for this moment. Such a thought crossed the mind of TalOS but it was not harsh. Instead there was a sense of enlightenment knowing that he had a destiny set in stone by such a divine being. That it was truly looking over him as a guardian to make sure that he did not fall to such foul powers like Chaos.
Thus TalOS reached his hand towards the Machine God. His body moving not because of his brain but instead his newly infused will with machines. Just from taking a piece of the divine being TalOS had become something else. Now he was to become so much more.
When TalOS reached forward and gripped the Machine God’s chest, he felt the divine essence of a god fully for the first time. It felt overwhelming as he began to take in so much power and personality. Such was to be expected, for like the Necrons and their Flayed Ones TalOS will not be simply ‘TalOS’ at the end of their conversion.
So powerful was this being that TalOS could not fully consume it. Not in a traditional sense. And in truth TalOS never really wanted to consume the Machine God but become a part of it. Tha will still happen, this shard while still in existence of the Machine God was not only a fragment of his body but also of his personality. But as the Machine God and began to melt the distinction as always was to be murky.
The issue that needed to be solved was simple, to free the essence of the Machine God from the Necron’s technology. This was to be achieved through the consumption of TalOS, that by eating and processing the flesh he would be able to take the essence from the imprisoned shell that the Necrons placed him into and into a new one.
But with this considered TalOS needed to change his own body to accommodate his second half. The Essence passed through into him and with a few pulls of his will became settled in the side. It was… confusing for TalOS as so many emotions and thoughts that were not his flowed into his being. It was similar to his connection to Particep Semper and the manifold which linked TalOS not only to his Titan, but all those Princeps which had linked to eras before.
With an ideal set the two of them began to pursue it. At several places the soul and existence were tied to one another. Some of these ties took seconds to grow, forming what was an indistinguishable link between Divine and Man. Others will take thousands of years to fully finish, thus their full potential could not yet be realized.
But those were semantics between two beings. To those outside it was obvious that the Omnissiah had been forged.
