"Usually, a living creature's soul is meant to have a fixed shape, one that is molded by the form of your body, and while your soul is pure white, in a much better color than you would expect from someone who walks with apostles so frequently, the shape... there is an ever-growing crater eating at your soul."
"Wh-what? How is that possible? Was it always there?"
"On closer inspection... Your soul is filled with several follicles, like the mends of a quilt, there are several elements that give them several small holes for it to enter and exit. It's like your soul was a sponge of energy." Kalki explains that your soul was always different from the start, given your astral background, this a surprise to absolutely nobody, but it is interesting to think of how your soul is technically a patchwork made to adapt into whatever interacted with it, something like a filter.

"That depends... do you know something that could make your soul whole again? The way I see things going, unless we plug the hole with something, your body is bound to lock itself into doing magic when something passes through you as a safety measure."

While it didn't break completely when Sivir used it to save you from the God Hand, it's possible that even if you retrieved it, your whole pool won't be as powerful as it was meant to be when you were originally conceived.
