Imperial Fists insist on assisting you in securing some of the valuable objects which will be of use during the fighting on the ground. Kiluna Ridge happens to have very advantageously positioned radar station, so 2 days before the landing of the Imperial Guard, decision is made to take it, as it will greatly reduce any potential dangers to the landing force. Imperial Fists under Leutenant Sternberg take it without any issue, wiping out the garrison. However, the enemy reacts rapidly and dispatches a serious force - slightly less than half of a mechanised regiment to retake the Kiluna Ridge. Imperial Fists assess their control of the fortifications and the higher ground and make a decision to stand their ground, although they request aerial support.
Make decisions:
>Do you provide aerial support?
>Do you send additional marines? This would disrupt your other operations as all marines have other assigned missions and has not been requested.
After specifying this, make rolls: d100 for success of the defence and d100 for the severity of the casualties.
