We know the Acillians at least are adepts, and that they tinker with weapons and aid in research. Thus far on tech expeditions though they seem to support more veteran Techpriests rather than being the Techpriests at the head of the operations themselves, but that is understandable as I imagine some of these techpriests are very old and the great crusade is <100 years right now some of them could be centuries old.
But do they have all the bits and gubbins? The Mechadendrites and Servo Arms? Does each of them have at least one or more servo-skull aids? Can they do everything a techmarine or a techpriest can do?
Can we as a Legion backed up by the resources of the federation support having every individual acillian be a Techmarine in full? (30k tabletop had Techmarine Covenants which were squads that could have 1-3 Techmarines + Servitors)
What it really boils down to is, will there be a time maybe while reorganizing the civilian aspect of the Federation we can do a BIG Write-Up on the organizational structure of our legion acillians and get a clear picture of them
Maybe even our own Codex?
