The Omnissiah was stunned for a moment as he looked upon it. Somehow he felt surprised even though he knew this was the gift his brother was destined to give him. Maybe it was the sincerity of the gift that was shaking the bones that Omnissiah still somewhat possessed. The fact that his brother likely worked tirelessly for a great many nights to create this and still held onto it through all the trials they went through together.
Was this the reason his brother was so stunned when TalOS was grievously injured. That his brother realized that he almost lost his chance to give this to his brother. Maybe it was the other reason Perturabo asked if the Omnissiah was TalOS, for if he was not then Perturabo lost his chance to give this to his brother.
“Brother, I thank you.” TalOS said as he grew a slim smile.
With a pulse of his mind the Omnissiah scanned the device and found it to be perfect. All the weapons upon it worked and it was over powered. That core though was not something that TalOS or the Omnissiah had seen before. If one was ignorant, they would claim it to be a perpetual motion machine that even the Necrons failed in creating.
But the truth was so much more than that. As the Omnissiah began his analysis it was realized that this device was specifically intended to harvest the energies of the Motive Force. Perturabo, likely barely knowing what he was doing, had cracked what it took TalOS a century to fully comprehend.
If this was released to the Mechanicus then study of it will likely result in the discovery of the Motive Force in due time.
Thus it shall be distributed. And just to further demonstrate the genius of Perturabo this Titan was STC compliant, thus it will be easily sneaked into the archives of Mars after the end of the war.
Yes, the Omnissiah could see it now. A bright future in the darkness was now within his hands.
