>>5779983>>5779993>>5780032Mentally bracing yourself for the pain the punch would cause you prepare to break the bar with your new skill. As your hand begins to glow you decide against it, after all if you stay there is just one more fight if you get out who know how many enemies you might run into. Feeling a bit bad you wasted your mana you try to kill some time in your cage.
After you have been sitting around for a while you notice that even without eating your mana recovers, no longer feeling you wasted it. You wonder if it would take longer if you were moving around or in a mortal realm, but that is something you will have to figure out later.
More and more time passes and the pain caused by the toxin has decreased by quite a bit, your hand still hurts just as much though but you'll take it. Since you can't really think of anything to do with your mana and you're getting tired you spread the orange fur out into a makeshift bed.
Eventually you are wake to a by now familiar sensation, a hairy claw lifting you up by your neck. As you look around you realize you aren't being brought to the same arena as last time. This one is bigger, has several poles and walls standing around at random places and has the audience beyond some transparent stone which covers the whole thing like a dome. You also notice that there are a lot more demons watching.
<span class="mu-r">"You've done really well so far so here is a tip, he can't fly while carrying you." </span>
Before you can even try to ask what your jailer is talking about he throws you into the arena and the gate closes. Looking at your opponent his comment becomes a lot less cryptic. This is your first time seeing a winged demon, or any flying creature your own size for that matter.
