>>5638144The dummies are set up to learn how to block, parry, dodge, counter and resist pain while being stationary. They are full of spikes, hook and studs, so you have to be purposeful in it, just doing it randomly will hurt while doing it and leave you open when it spins.
There will be swinging pendulums afterwards, to do the same as the dummies but while moving.
The bamboo is to maintain balance and footwork. They are irregular placed and cut, and some of them are sharp. But none are pointed, so don't worry about getting impaled.
And there's the rings, to work on balance on the upper body. Make sure to catch it in the right place to not cut your wrists!
Can't forget about the more normal obstacles surrounding the room, you will have to run, jump, crawl and squeeze between them while not getting torn up.
Oh, and have I told I'm tying weights to you after this is over? I'm expecting some upside pull ups.
