1. Select an entry point.
>The airstrip. Gain direct access to the air control tower by sneak in while all eyes are on the main plaza and not paying attention to the strips.
>The north cliffsides. There is a fractured wall from a rockslide that has yet to be patched in. Various civilian workers have been put to work here. Chabalah can pose as Samurai officiants and sneak Shofar under guise of penal workers.
2. Requisition.
>The megaphone. It will come in handy to convince the crowd.
