“Fulgrim, what do I have to prove to you in the matters of a duel?” TalOS asked his brother as he glided his hand through the air, “It is my sons who need veneration, who have been scorned by your deepest insults.”
The grin on Fulgrim grew wider as he heard those words, “You seek battle for your sons?”
“Yes Fulgrim, I will prove to you that my Acillians are above the Astartes in more way than you can imagine.” TalOS declared as he tightened his hand with fury, “On the outskirts of my Forgespire is a Colosseum, I have already sent an order to have it modified for our uses. Your men will be issued training bolters and laser weapons if you so wish them to.”
“The one piece of your mind that is still of our Father’s making is functioning well it seems.” Fulgrim declared with a laugh, “My Legionnaires will assemble and agree to this, it has been a while since they’ve fought side by side.”
“Good, I will like you to know that my sons will bring in Auxiliary for this battle. Many of them have been trained to operate side by side with these automatons and I do not wish to give you that handicap.”
“Ha! I can accept that. Any of your robots are worth an Astartes in my eyes, for they cannot defeat them.”
“That would be rather generous, Filgrim.” TalOS admitted as he heard the declaration.
“Any Emperor’s Children will defeat any of your machines of war, I guarantee it.” He said while turning to the side and beginning his leave, “I will get my men ready, we will meet together in two Hours Brother. I saw your Colosseum already so I will meet you there.”
He did not give TalOS much time it seemed, but the Primarch was okay with it. With a series of Noospheric communications TalOS activated the Mitarii and Captains who were upon Lucius, with orders of getting them ready for battle.
As he did this TalOS looked towards his mother, +Sorry E11IE, it seems the two of us will not be sharing food today.+
The woman gave a nod as she heard those words, “You will not get along with everyone. Now go and prove him wrong.”
TalOS gave a mighty laugh as he heard those words, “I will.”
