>>5387272“Mr. Phil, you have a strong spiritual presence, yet you needed to channel some energy in the goggles to be able to see the spirit, therefore it mustn’t be that powerful.” Fiora points out. Does that mean Fiora is strong enough to see it without concentrating? She must be a prodigy of some kind. “It won’t be easy for it to communicate with us.”
“Hmmm.” You think about it. “Kobashi, pull out a pen and paper. Let’s ask the spirit to write what it wants.”
“Right.” Kobashi, for some reason, has a notepad and a pen in his pocket. Oh yeah, it must be the same paper they used to grab the spider! It wasn’t a random event! Anyway, the policeman leaves the items on the ground.
“Spirit, if you hear us, please answer us! What do you want?!” You proclaim like you’re a fake spiritualist.
The pen raises like being carried by the wind and begins scribbling on the paper… slowly. This might take a while… Your goggle vision sees the spirit struggling a lot to write, it has little to no control of its instrument. The pen drops!
…
Oh no! It’s unreadable! And barely anything is scribbled! What a pathetic effort! If only Nariko was here to translate…
“Maybe we should let the spirit possess someone? Or am I saying something stupid?” Kobashi proposes.
