Casting apparition magic it would appear right on top of me to avoid suspicion. After that I cast invisibility on myself and bind the apparition to follow Daknicon. Complex apiritions are more straining on mana but I have plenty to spare.
Following the Narkitans mana I find her already sprinting back into the forest. Bow at the ready. Following suit with flight magic I observe what she is doing.
The Narkitan seems to be hunting something specific. She has already ignored several large animals that would have been valuable.
After some time of running around the forest my mana sight notices a rather notable mana signature not too far off. The Narkitan is already sprinting towards it. And I'm following behind.
Reaching the signature I see some form of beast with its skin stretched over its body while its underside flesh and muscle lay exposed except for the head which is but a fleshless skull.
The Narkitan was quick. She had already fired three arrows at it before it could react. Two embedding into the skin while one strikes at the flesh causing the creature to screech out in pain. It attempts to rush at her but in the effort takes another two arrows to the flesh.
The battle is going quite one sidedly. Give a little push?.
