Maybe he was doing some other project in the area, when he got caught up in that fight. Either way, it doesn't seem like it's being tied back to him. That's a relief for you.

There's just so much space to clear—hence why we're being sent in as a frontal vanguard. The two of you haven't engaged in much urban combat before. With the threat of Brigadramon high above, fighting in the city with Champion-level forms is risky. But in this partition, you might be able to go all-out using a simulated landscape. You welcome the opportunity.
