>>5795049The ox carts were all black from outside, but from inside this one was covered in colourful tapestries. There wasn't that much space inside, enough for what looked like a couple of sleeping rolls and bags that held something inside them. At the back of the cart under an oil lamps light sat a familiar Dark Iron dwarf.
"Prince Alric." Garrick Blacksteel greeted you with a bow while sitting cross-legged in front of a brazier. "Apologies, it can be a bit cramped in here."
"Master Blacksteel, and no slight taken." You said as you had to bend over to walk to him. There was a pillow opposite of the brazier and the Dark Iron. He pointed at it and you sat down, mimicking his pose.
"Thank you for coming to see me before we reach Dawnholme." Garrick said and inhaled through a water pipe. At least it looked like a water pipe.
"A bit of privacy before the armours are presented." You said back to him.
"Indeed." Garrick said back. He seemed rather thoughtful yet he didn't seem to be the one wanting to start the conversation, even if he invited you here.
Blacksteel wiped the nose of the water pipes tube and offered it to you while waiting for you to speak first.
"Don't worry it is not poisonous or bad for you." Garrick said while holding the tube.
>Have pleasant small talk, how has his journey gone, where there any difficulties and so on?>Ask him what he is thinking and what is in his mind.>Last time you saw him he was alone with his cart and now there is all this, what has changed since? Or is it just the cargo?>Have him tell you about the moustached riders. Who are they? Where are they from?>Other, write in.Use the hookah:
>Yes, out of courtesy>No, you don't smokeQM: The roll was how receptive of you the caravan guards and other Dark Irons were. I might get another update out later today if there is enough votes.
