You tilt your hat low & turn the collar of your duster coat upwards, head down at your warn leather boots kicking up dust but keep your eyes up staring through your eyebrows, glancing side to side. Your hands in your pockets, gun in gripped in your right, fidgeting with the left.
You make an effort to join one of the 8 major streets that spread out from the central Rizal Dock as quickly as you can, only taking cover briefly once as to avoid being hit by a very warn trauma team hovertruck that emerged from the lower highways & whizzed by. Their driving kills more people than they save.
As you skulk closer to the dock, more and more people surround you, growing & slowing to a shuffling crowd as people que and shove their way inch by inch to the massive glinting structure. A sleek silver acropolis standing out from the weathered surroundings.
Your slightly above average Delterian hieght comes in handy, allowing you to look over the babbling masses, squabbling and laughing and shouting, without standing as tall as a the larger species. Enough of a vantage to scan the entrance. You see plenty of begrudged individuals and groups...might come in handy if you need a distraction.
Guards are stationed periodically around the perimeter. The dock entrances are wide and spacious, with only evenly spaced bollards improving crowd flow and scanning for tags and unlicensed contraband.
Good news, your pip was replaced by Doc giving you a new designation. Bad news, you're unsure if Murgol got a licence for the Dragoon.
With the large crowds today, maybe you'll get lucky and slip through even if the bollards, or anything else alerts the guards. They look overworked and frustrated.
Maybe 200meters down you can see engineers, vehicles and docking droids handling loading & unloading of cargo to the facility underbelly. Not your first choice, but it's another possibility.
Maybe something else all together?
