The nostalgic feeling of fire brushing up against his face was something that triggered a memory from a long time ago. The sight of metal being dumped into massive vats of molten metal. He glanced upon one of them that was currently pouring, the impurity of the previous batch easily seen. These were just the pieces of junk that were the Ork’s armaments. A test to see if the Machine Spirits were up to the task of operating as he hoped they would.
The Primarch ascended the stairs and walked into the main operation hall of the facility. The numerous belts of metal and such around him loaded with parts but remained stagnant. The Machine Spirits were simply waiting for a declaration so that they could start back up once again.
Looking about the hall TalOS saw a large crowd of people assembled. There were Skitarii, Acillians, Tech priests, and even a few Astartes among their ranks. If TalOS had announced what he was doing at this moment this facility would have been filled completely with Tech Priests, but TalOS wanted to make sure the common soldiery knew the words he was speaking.
It was a natural thought after all. They were the men and women sacrificing their lives.
The Steel Wardens, whose number had grown exponentially from the time of their founding, took up positions around the stage in which he was to speak. This was not something too unusual as TalOS lended to those valuable to the Crusade. But those who held great minds likely already realized the number of Wardens was already much greater than any standard Tech Priest.
Thus, to keep changes from happening, TalOS walked over with a firmly built stage for all to see. The amount of communication, both through the noosphere and vox network, quickly escalated as he looked out upon the people. Many of the Lucian Tech Priests even starting their own streams to that all who desire it shall hear TalOS’s words today.
TalOS thought then and there, for a moment, what his brothers would think of this moment. Leman Russ, he likely did these events for his Legion every other night if the battle was grand enough. For Horus TalOS somehow could not see him doing something like this.
In the few hours he had met Horus TalOS felt the Primarch loved the idea of immediate contact. To talk one on one with a person to then gear the conversation perfectly. To a crowd, that was a completely different skill and mindset to create.
Enough time was wasted though. The connections and streams were made meaning the Primarch could begin the speech.
