Just gonna post my thoughts here for posterity, mind the rambling.
While I think training with Chaya isn't a bad idea, there are things to consider. First thing is that she'd be cut off from her fans for a year. That might not be a huge deal, especially if she starts her training right away and uses the rest of the month to reconnect, but we don't know if that's how it works. It would also give Baby more time to realize that she's far stronger than she should be. Choosing the right time to enter the HTC might be pivotal.
Then deciding whether or not training with Karn is the best thing for her. She'd increase her raw strength, stamina, and mastery in Djem-So if she trained with us, but does she need that? She might be better served learning from others, especially with the large amount of contacts she has. On that note...
We should consider training with somebody who can teach us how to deal with Baby's nanomachines or disrupt his influence. The only problem is finding somebody who can do that who is in Karn's weight class. Any techniques come second to that, so as to maintain the momentum we've built up currently. I think we should take stock of our allies and ask Towa or Mechikabura for their thoughts on this issue. They know a lot more about who's who and who can do what in the greater Multiverse than we do. We could also just find somebody and learn the relevant technique in the month we have, then spend the year inside the chamber mastering it, but that might be a little meta-gamey to some folks.
I also think we should consult with Beerus and Whis. I don't expect them to actually do anything, but they could provide valuable insight and suggestions. If nothing else, Whis may also offer to train us personally if he notices how anxious we are. He of all people should know what that means.
