You yank out the wires attached to you and attempt to get out of the hospital bed but you collapse on the floor the moment you put any weight on your legs. They don't simply refuse to obey, there is simply not enough things left intact there to support you.

You try to use your prosthetic to move because that doesn't rely on weak fleshy bits to move but Reiju picks you up and puts you back to bed before you could go far.

Reiju struts out of the hospital and leaves the doctors to tend for you. They are quite fearful at first but once they realize they can approach you without their brains shutting down they do start giving you medical aid. After examining your x-rays closer they seem to be at a loss for what to do so they simply inject you with various medicines and hope for the best. Among which were copious amounts of opiates for the pain. Which you don't mind one bit because the pain was simply unbearable. However they quickly leave you be once the automatic door opens.

Reijus brother walk in one by one with the biggest smile on their faces.
"Morning sunshine! Slept well?"
"Heh. He looks quite tuckered out! He probably has enough drugs in his system to kill an elephant!"
"We came to thank you for taking father out. His brilliance will be sorely missed but his weak ambitions and stupid plans won't. Now that there is nobody left to tell us what to do we can finally turn things around."
