“Yeah, let’s get back. Maybe Kaze and Shin’ll be done by now, too.” You doubted that, but you nodded anyway. You could be wrong, it’s not like you knew the Captains personally. The two of you walked back to your class, getting there just as your break ended, and as you predicted, Shin and Kazeko weren’t back yet. The two of you sat back down, ready to sit through whatever your instructor had for you now.
——
It was the end of the day, and neither Shin nor Kazeko had come back from their chats with the Captains. Tsukuya was beginning to worry, but you remained calm - it’s not like they would be randomly killed by the Captains, and even if they were, it’s not like it was any skin off your nose.
You turned to say that she shouldn’t worry, when-
“Hokkyokusei!” A voice pierced through the room, you rolling your eyes as you realised who it was. Tsunayashiro came stomping down, glaring at you balefully as he approached.
“What do you want, Tsunayashiro?” Tsukuya asked icily, but the boy glared at her too, something that surprised you.
“Quiet, you traitor. You think I haven’t seen how you’ve been acting with him? You aren’t part of this.” Tsukuya leaned back, shocked, while you raised an eyebrow, surprised. “Let’s take this outside, Hokkyokusei. I can’t stand your smug face.”
>”And what gives ya the idea things will go any better for ya than last time?”>”Ya don’t talk to Tsukuya-chan like that, asshole.”>”Fine, if it gets ya to shut up.”>”Who are ya again?”
