You inch your bike forward, riding it in neutral until you reach the main street. You look around, taking it all in. So... this is Level 4 huh?
The first thing that hits you is the smell. Level 5 smelled very strongly of metal, and sometimes of dusty from the wasteland outside the city blown in. Various industrial machines and recycling centers gave Level 5 a unique soundscape. You'd also always see a few people; small groups of women traveling in groups, individuals moving quickly and quietly as to not draw attention, and finally punks; in groups or alone, but always looking for trouble. Here though, you don't see anyone. The smell is all different too; you notice the lack of industrial and metals, but wet paint and cleaning chemicals. Everything is bright and lit up; and the ads. Everywhere you look, you see advertisements. You are flooded with information quickly; names of brands and shops and deals and insurance for your insurance. You gawk at the cars parked just... out here, on the side of the street. Almost nobody owns a vehicle on Level 5 unless it's specifically for a job and those are always heavily locked up in garages, like the one Cheryl's left to you; they'd get stolen too easily or be vandalized. Even a bike would get its tires slashed by some punk looking to ruin someone's day. People just... leave them out like this here? So strange. Come to think of it, you should probably find a place to park your bike.
Seriously, where is everybody? It's late morning, almost noon. Based on the demographics you looked up; Level 5 is the biggest level in space but has almost the same population as Level 4, which means Level 4's density should be much higher...
What should you do first?
>Check out the shops
>Locate any interesting landmarks on this level
>Find something new you can't find on your own Level of the city
>Try to find somebody and strike up a conversation
>Keep on the lookout... for CRIME!
