“Is this the best you all have to offer?” you ask, looking over the gathered Saiyan warriors of the Sadala Defense Force's so-called 'Saiyan Elite Core'. If such warriors had been all that were defending your own home world, they would not have survived the Covenant's invasion. If any of them had known how to use the power of a Super Saiyan, aside from Cabba who'd only just learned it at the tournament between Beerus and his brother Champa last month, perhaps they would be more impressive. But considering these “elite warriors” are weaker than the base forms of your kids, and many of your grand kids as well, you can't help but feel disappointed. “These are the best warriors your people have to offer?”
“Well, not everyone.” the man named Renso says, leaning against his cane. But from the way Cabba looks up to him, you know he sees the man how you'd seen your own old man. “A few are out on missions, peacekeeping across the universe. And, of course, my sister.”
“Sir. Isn't it better if she's, you know, not here?” Cabba asks him, piquing your interest. Which gets a smirk and sigh out of his older mentor.
“A sister?” you ask, interjecting. “If you called all the warriors, why isn't she here?”
“She's a little...Rebellious.” he says after a moment's thought. “And more of a free spirit, not soldier material. But there is no mistaking her power. I had thought her the strongest Saiyan, before meeting you, General Karn.”
You are Karn, Lord Freeza's strongest soldier and general of his forces, a Saiyan with power beyond that of the so-called gods, and recent victor of the tournament between Universes 6 and 7. You had defeated the assassin known as Hit, your Berserker might actually overpowering his completely broken Time Skip technique. After the tournament, you took up the offer of Universe 6's Cabba, and came to visit his planet and people while your family all went home. But you were curious, and offered to teach them how to tap into the latent power of a Super Saiyan. You had been looking forward to seeing which path Universe 6 had taken their Super Saiyan forms, but to learn that they hadn't even heard of a Super Saiyan before the tournament was enough to discourage the rest of your family from accepting Cabba's offer and coming along. Even King Vegeta had no interest in seeing such a weak mirror of your race. But you'd given your word and said you would visit. So here you are on Planet Sadala, wondering if this man's sister could be that large powerlevel you're sensing?
