The obliteration of the horde of Hereteks upon Mount Olympus was a great feat which could not be ignored by anyone.
From each of the gulfs that the Olympian range of mountains cross the people began to move. The realization that such a divine entity could provide them some sort of protection was something that the loyalists could see being realized.
Many of them did not expect this day to come and few would ever have such a chance in their lifetimes. Among their people, upon this day in the vast history of mankind, a divine being has touched down upon the planet and will allow all to come under its wing.
The people swarmed towards the growing Legion of the Omnissiah by the dozens. Every step Particep Semper took upon the Holy Grounds of Mars was another step towards the future of Humanity’s survival in these dark times.
Such a massive throne to the Traitors could not be ignored. For so many of them who had willingly renounced their allegiance to the Machine God just hearing upon the airwaves the existance of Particep Semper was enough to drive them mad.
For those who were turned by the foul sorcery of the enemy it was so much worse. Their souls could hear the crying and cheers that were sung in the path of the divine. They could feel the tremors of the Machine God’s Avatar walking upon the earth as he slowly crossed the Lynese Gulf. Such power was in each of these steps that many of them were able to give one last prayer to the Machine God.
It was for this reason that the Omnissiah was saddened by their state. So many of them had become infected with Scrap Code and while their souls might have a piece of untaint their bodies had been ravaged far beyond what could be savaged. Why simply by being infected by Chaos did their metals that made their bodies become unusable for future projects of the Mechanicus, for anything using their foul metals would taint the project.
Skitarii, Titans, Knights, and Proelitor joined the march along with all the civilian workers who had avoided the worst of the happenings. Their walk shook the ground as the Omnissiah formed around Particep Semper a great army of warriors that would fight on his side.
His destination, which not a single word was shared for, was known by everyone who had a modicum of logic within their minds. They marched for the Magma City, what was rumored to be the epicenter of the Heresy which had gripped the Mechanicus. To run down those who foolishly think that it was the Mechanicum which was the true height of power instead of the Adeptus Mechanicus they were today.
The Omnissiah will teach them then.
