Such a mega-organism needs the right and exact amount of decay in both physical and spiritual vegetation to sprout so easily, so that's a given. The "consume darkness by light" is good enough as an alternative for what they're supposed to be consuming, and should be a good exercise for the other Knight's Ruin applications. Propagation might be a problem, but it trusts that the other Knight can dream of a way to create life out of Ruin, considering her intent.
