I mean, the previous victim was a kid that was already dying and we had to mercy kill him. This? This is legit murder even if it's technically not since we didn't do anything except watch. Yes, we need Remnant but even then, it's not great seeing a kid die, especially by our own hands or indirectly.
Also drowning a kid in a mixture of rain and blood seems like a definite way for the kid to haunt us as a pissed-off ghost. Remember the rule of "No ghost allowed"?
Anyway, killing the sister seems a bit risky since she's likely uninjured. Yeah, we could just shove her into the blood pool but if we fuck up, she'll easily escape since I highly doubt we're fast considering our advanced but piece of shit body. Also the factor of two sisters going missing might attract unwanted attention, even with Management covering it up, considering it's been not that long since another kid has gone missing and we're running a Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, a hotspot of rumors involving children going missing.
