Belmont has been the bishop of Eichenwald since the city's inception.
Last year, the four seasonal Solstices were the only celebrations organized by the church and that trend isn't looking to change now.

He relinquished the duty of educating the city's less well-off children to Baron Bram Eisenhart.

<span class="mu-g">Firebrand</span> You have the spirit of a recently deceased boy at home and this awful man isn't providing any kind of succors to a community that needs it; be they Mamonos or humans. Lit a fire on his guilt.
<span class="mu-b">Proactive.</span> There are many problems in Eichenwald and he's responsible for quite a few. Better to show a little mercy now and avoid sinking him in guilt. Force him to help you solve the many issues of the city instead, otherwise, the botched Ritual of Last Bell will be his disgrace.
