Honestly, i could see Sven becoming parasocial with the AIs he'll be working with. Like Rita and whichever AIs come afterwards.
Spartans are meant to be somewhat fucked up by their upbringing. I think it makes a lot of sense since he'll likely mostly have been interacting with Rita on the ship, and having only ever had familiar relations, i think the emotional feedback Sven would experience being around Rita would develop over time into something he can't let go of.
Chief had it too, and he isn't even able to appreciate or work with AIs in the way Sven can. It could probably follow that this parasocial phenomenon might be common for Spartans to experience?
I could definitely see Sven holding onto a cryogenic unit with different AI cores kept dormant inside, having shut them down before rampancy with the intent to save them all by keeping them on ice.
