Villain Name: The Furfag
Alter Ego: Charles Furman, a billionaire that experimented on himself to become a furry lagomorph but it backfired and now he can turn people into furries and animals and kemonomimi.
Powers:
Furry Punch: Can turn the people he punches into mammals and furry people (depending on the amount of punches landed and target's resistance). It can be used as a buff, debuff, etc. I can imagine various uses and cool interactions for such power.
Enhanced body: He's strong and fast and sturdy and with good reflexes.
Villain Goal: Turning himself into a furry because he isn't into human x furry stuff. He thinks that's degeneracy.
Now IF I CAN'T PLAY WITH FURFAG AS A VILLAIN (the big letters aren't there because I'm angry or anything, I just want them to get noticed), I want to use Beni the Catgirl

Cat Physiology: she has the power of big cat, strength, speed, reflexes, enhanced senses, stealth, cat.
Burglary: She's good at stealing things.
She's an anti-hero, a good girl but she's also addicted to collecting hats. The Victory Guard took her in because she's fairly competent but she's hard to control.
Her dream is collecting all the cute hats in the world. Kind of stupid.
