Each working towards their strengths, and covering each others weakness. Astartes to assault squads, Acillians to support squads, and so on.
Let's say we were inspired by Alpharius and Omegon who basically did the same thing by making two separate halves of the Alpha Legion compete with each other. The dude even got two glorianas.
