The Digimon shrugs.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"We going back home. Bringing bunny with us."</span></span>
You move your hands about nervously, and accidentally bring them too close to a bundle of wires.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"GET AWAY!"</span></span> The Datamon roars, raising its hands abruptly. You slide backwards, immediately trying to obey. <span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"Don't wanna... Kill you. Go away! Go out!"</span></span>
It's surprisingly merciful, even when it's freaking out like this. You take a deep breath. You might be left with no choice after all.
"Okay. I'm going. Let's just-"
Ryan seizes the bundle of cables you severed earlier and flicks a switch. Before the Datamon can respond, he shoves the entire mass of tubing right into the shattered glass portion of its head.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-r">"AIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"</span></span>
Power surges through its delicate components, electrifying the creature in a matter of seconds. Despite being a powerful Ultimate-level Digimon, it has some kind of distinct flaw. Exactly like Raremon. It was severely damaged from the moment you first saw it.
You scream in surprise as the rest of the glass shatters and the Digimon collapses in front of you. Then you look towards Ryan, who's panting heavily.
"You okay?"
"... Yeah. Thanks to you."
Turns out he has it in him after all. The two of you shove the unconscious Digimon into a corner and finish detaching Cutemon. With one last look at the knocked-out Datamon, you exit into the operating theatre.
