They are German inspired (the exact Reich being obvious) but they have many good parallels.
Their planet is a Forge world, their culture based on that of an Industrial Mining company.
Their helmets could easily molded to fit on our Astartes/Acillians.
They have plenty of fantastic designs for mortal auxilia uniforms.
They even have specialized gas troopers we can draw inspiration from.
Their work hard, war effort, military-industrial society matches well with our Federation I feel.
