TalOS checked over the sensory array and noted that the augers were in their favor. Traveling the Warp was like driving around blind to the world around you for the most part. The only reason you could arrive where you were hoping was that the entire trip was planned out beforehand.
Still, with the new sensory systems on the Onus Probandi, he was able to see that little bit more and navigate where he normally would not have been able to. It did increase the range of the ships by several light years as well but TalOS knew there were better ways to navigate such places.
Still, based on these readings, they had arrived at their destination.

Upon those words the Priests did as they were told, bowing their heads as an unseen rip in the immaterium was ripped. The entire ship began to shake as they moved forward and entered the domain of the Machine God, reality.

Quickly TalOS was given a series of coordinates being where they were in the Galaxy. Firstly their visual systems glanced towards Lucius and determined in what time period they had arrived and such. Luckily they had arrived in the correct time frame without deviation.
Next a sub sector scan was performed where they tried and figured out what was out there. The Machine Spirits determined that there were nine planets in the system with an asteroid belt close to the third planet.
Lastly they reached out and tried to determine if there was life on this planet. This was easily determined through the use of receivers in order to detect any signs of vox transmissions. TalOS watched as the Machine Spirit grew alight with a ping that declared something was found.
