Oh, God. A part of you is kind of weary about letting Lily alone in a house with Felino and Jon, but you push that feeling down.
You walk out into the hall. One of the nurses tries to stop you, but you tell her that you're going home no matter what. You remember reading that they can't technically MAKE you stay, so you keep walking.
You get inside the elevator. As it closes, a hand stops the doors. It's Detective Peterson.
"Mind if I join you, Mr. Ballthrow?"

He stands next to you as the elevator begins to go down. There's silence. He breaks it.
"You do know I don't believe you, right?"
You ask him what he means.
"Did you do it, Mr. Ballthrow?"
