Safehouse upgrades:
The Classy Bar has upgraded base Edge to 6 for all characters.
The Home Entertainment System now gives all criminals the [Top 10] ability: 1/chapter, name and describe one of your character's favorite movies to reroll any die.
Updates:
Pages have been reorganized.
The side job phase now includes 'prep work' activities. You have a limit of one prep work each chapter. The Blue Mare is one of these.
[Run Away] bad thing has been added. Chased is for car chases, Run Away is for foot chases.
Autofire simplified.
Aimed Attack accuracy bonus increased to +3
Deadeye now counts as an aimed attack

Thanks to Luis's blueprints, RC Cars are now RC Bombs, and can be deployed as either cars or planes.
The Stun 1 penalty is now encoded as the default penalty for corner skipping, or for failing/skipping a vault check to climb onto or over cover.
Vault attacks limited to only work with melee weapons and pistols. This works with x2 pistols because it's an irrefutable truth that you can vault over a table while firing two pistols.
Terrain and cover rules clarified.
Terrain is now specified to be divided into fragile, durable, and impervious objects.
Kicking a door open onto an enemy deals 2 damage, 2 knockback, and knockdown.
