Wind and Phascomon finish up their talk, and they both walk towards the holodeck. Phascomon meets your stare as he returns to the field. He raises a thumbs up at you, but says nothing."
"I won't keep you for long. I have to head to the lab for my own briefing now. See you later, Gammamon."
In contrast to his normally stoic nature, his reply comes out swiftly, almost instinctive.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"Please only refer to me as Kaus Gammamon."</span></span>
Huh, seems like he's not a totally unfeeling robot after all. You smile, a little relieved to see that he can still be rattled.
"Sorry! See you, Kaus Gammamon."
The placid look returns to his face, and he gives you a nod. Off you go, to the lab!

When you step back into the workshop, you notice that it's hotter than ever before. ToyAgumon is at the entrance, ready to receive you.
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"Hi, Marnie! We're ready! Squid is just putting on the finishing touches."</span></span>
"Hey. Wind told me all about the Zipbombs."
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"That's right, we have three, freshly coded and compressed."</span></span>
When you see the bright little guy, you can't help but remember the horrid tale he told you yesterday. He seems to be trucking on just fine, though, so you decide that it's better not to bring it up.
"Show me the way, please."
He takes you back up the stairs, to a part of the workshop you haven't yet seen. The sub-partition that sits before you has a large pane of transparent material in front of it, with warning tape along the edges. You spot Squid inside, with some kind of glowing orange tether extending from her back and plugged into to the door.
"What's that?"
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"Squid is in a virtual machine!"</span></span>
Your eyes widen. That's another thing that's incredibly difficult to get running. It's the same sort of operating system a Digivice uses, which is how Phascomon has a whole room and farm inside a tiny device. A human can never compress their data to enter one. It takes a great deal of system resources to run one the size of that room.
"Woah. She really knows her stuff. But why's she inside?"
<span class="mu-s"><span class="mu-b">"In the event that the bomb explodes by accident, the tether is meant to react immediately and force-quit her from the partition before she's trapped by the lag. And then the Virtual Machine can be terminated, to reset whatever is in that space. Good as new, no junk flooding our entire base.</span></span>
