The dragon is standing with sheer rage, while the suit-clad puppet is tolerating every blow by relying on his suit. You can't take control of the fight, since you need to focus on your escape. Now that he has the firepower to actually deal with enemies, you can busy yourself with the biggest problem:
You're trapped in here, and a bomb is about to go off. It beeps softly as you plant it by a console. Spokes keep it anchored to the ground, making it hard to remove, but not impossible. Your mission, as you recall, was to have it detonate by the core. As long as all three are destroyed in the same general timeframe, they won't be able to carry out recovery of the other two. Every explosion is important here, so you're possibly making a big mistake by leaving it unattended and fleeing.
Regardless, you see no other option. It's a small risk compared to everything else. With the bomb steadily counting down, you get to work on hacking the console once again. Your last copy of the core breach project is injected, and the red meter reappears on the screen. Its ghastly glow matches the hue that the rest of this room has adopted.
