TalOS did not need to be told that his brother entered the system when the event occurred. Whenever there was a sudden transition from the warp, such as a ship coming into realspace, always brought with them a sudden shifting within the Motive Force.
The difference with the most recent ships was that the distortion that occurred did not cease. While it did grow a tad weaker when the flow came towards the planet of Lucius where the Blackstone Fortress floated above the atmosphere.
It was such a powerful presence that his brother exhumed, one that was paradoxical to what TalOS was. It did not matter for the current matters as TalOS looked upon the lines of nobility, Titans, and Proelitor that would be the ones to welcome his brother to the planet.
The ship that the Psyker came in was a standard Storm Bird. Nothing too special like what was hosted by the Emperor or Fulgrim, but his knowledge of the Machines told TalOS that his brother did get a more nimble variant. From his understanding of Psykers TalOS reasoned that his brother was confident that if any attacks were made against his ship that he would see them coming before they happened.
As was standard procedure the visiting Primarch was dropped off at the outside of the walls. Such was signifying that they were to enter as a standard guest, but also be given the most amount of welcome that TalOS would be able to squeeze within the several units of surface area that made contact with the trail. It gave his people a chance to see his brother as well as the Astartes their chance to cheer.
The Titans blared their horns one by one, signifying at which steps that his brother was at. The thing that confused TalOS was that the amount of cheers that welcomed even Fulgrim were much less than previously, with what it seems to be mostly the Proelitor giving the standard greetings.
Such reasonings confused TalOS, for the presence of a Primarch should have overwhelmed and given them cause for exaltation. Especially with the Blackstone Fortress which laid within the atmosphere. That was his logic until he looked upon his brother.
In an instant TalOS understood what his people saw. He saw the one known as Magnus the Red.
