A pair of molotov cocktails are cast into the air control room, quickly bursting and catching the Wei and air controllers on fire via their clothing. The fire disorients them, and spreads to the systems, burning circuitry. The circuit that would have activated the alarm is burned out, and can no longer trip, but the lockdown circuit is too, meaning the Ashigaru can no longer be confined to the main plaza.
The Wei Rifleman returned fire while set ablaze himself, the fire doing little to harm his body and managed to land a hit on the shoulder of one of the immediate throwers. The light bullet injures the agent, but the immediate squad is able to open fire, quickly slaying the Wei before their swords can come in range along with the air controllers. The air control tower is thus taken.
The Daimyo remains in his quarters, and is not aware of the situation.
The Shofar now hunk down in preparation of the arrival of additional Wei who have heard the gunshots.
