You quickly notice how uncomfortable Future is getting with the two copies. You try to think on why exactly before realizing...oh shit. He can probably see souls, can't he?
"Future. Do you might looking at their souls? Tell me which one of them is different." It's a bit of a long shot but it's a good backup option.
You check to see if he's looking at a specific one. He's staring at Felix #2. You quickly look over that Felix to see what might be tipping him off.
The stab-resistant vest wrapped around his chest doesn't look like it's made out of synthetic fibres. It's made of a material a lot thicker and sturdier. His eyes are also usually blue, yes, but they're not neon blue, last you checked.
"Too bright, too bright! TOO BRIGHT!" The knight stumbles back from the two. He damn near knocks over the other fighters in the process. "THE SOUL! THE SOUL IS TOO BRIGHT! THAT'S NOT A HUMAN!"
"Uh. Should we be worried?" AK tries her best to smugly chuckle but all that comes out is a weak 'heh'
"Employees. Strike at the copycat, now. His eyes are neon blue." You give the command. No point trying to hide that you know when Future had his sperg-out.
The second Felix is barely fazed by the callout. In fact, he's smiling wider than you've ever seen before. Too wide, the skin on his face twisting into a parody of a human smile. "Ah. Shame. You got me."
"Hrm. Wipe that shit eating grin, it looks awful on my face." Felix jokes(?) around, preparing his throwing arm.
The fake Felix rises up several feet into the air before his body begins to snap and crack. Like every one of his bones is being shattered at once. Felix and the Agent are hardly phased by this but the others are about ready to vomit just from the noises.
The copy begins to glow a blinding neon-blue light. Your fighters step back (though not without a few nearly stepping closer to it), keeping their weapons trained on the target.
"<<SsSsUcCh A sHaMeeee! ThAaAaTtT uUuSuAlLYyY wOrKsS!>>" A rough approximation of Felix's voice comes out of the fake's mouth. Wobbly and distorted, like it is speaking into a damaged fan. "<<oH wWeEeElLl! TiMe ToOoOo GoO fFfOrR a NeW rReCoRd!!!>>"
A thick film of fog flows down onto the third floor. Even with your ability to see being lowered, your camera systems can still detect what the Invader actually looks like. You're starting to understand why there was a copy to begin.
You never expected to see a giant fish twice as tall as one of your containment cubes before (and just as wide, if not wider.) It's a ugly, boney son of a bitch with a gaping maw filled to the brim with razor sharp teeth, with various neon signs ("FREE ROOM", "OPEN 24/7", "VACANY OPEN") covering it.
And hanging from its head is the mangled body of the fake Felix. Glowing a bright, wonderous blue.
