- Hi again, professor!
- And with company... You're not losing any kind of time. But beware, young girl : speed must not be confused with haste... A Pokémon is already a big responsibility, are you sure you can handle two of them?
- Yeah, concerning that... It's better not handling at all a wooper - i got some of his snooty coat on my hands, do you have anything like an Antidote?
- I'm afraid not, you'd have better luck for that at the mart. But check the Pokecenter - nurses are trained to take care of Humans and Pokémons.
- I mostly came as you could provide me advice on how to take care of the two of them...
- Well, a water pokemon is useful nearby a fire one - less risk of Involontary Arson... As a rule of thumb, don't manipulate pokemon with bare hands, especially the one you're not extremely familiar with. Rock cuts, Flying peck, Fire burns, electric shock, and so on. Marts got gloves - you might want the one looking like Oven glove for your Croagunk, and Chemist gloves for handling Wooper on ground.
Then, find out what they like - food flavour, kind of game... Try to figure out the moves they know before getting engaged in a trainer battle. Even hatchlings like yours can fight safely. "
That's good advice.
"Thank you professor!
- If I may add a couple things... Try to always have a spare ball - it would be a shame to miss on a rare pokemon because of that. Extensive research work remains on lesser known species of the country. If you catch a rare pokemon, you can give it to Science - the retribution will be worth it. Last, if you want to grow your team, feel free to ask me about location of Pokémons of interrest.
