>>5807012To make things far less confusing, you asked the driver what his name is. He’s Edward. You and Vera decided to call him Eddie instead. He prefers it over Ed. This is not something you should dwell on, but you have time to kill waiting for this lousy politician to arrive.
After a while, the politician arrives with his bodyguards in a silver car. Thank god Eddie has seen this guy before, because neither of you have any idea of who this guy is, and he looks rather tame for a rising star politician.
After they went inside the building, things got awkward as you had to explain to Eddie that he needed to park in front of the car, in the same space it was before for you to track it. It took a few minutes before you were all on the same page, and started actually following the thread to its origin, heck matching the speed was difficult until Vera started using her phone to slow down the speed of the recording, and you feel like giving more details would make things more confusing. It worked. That’s all you need to know.
And all of this lead, predictably, to one of the two places Mama Bodil mentioned: The Political Party’s Headquarters. On one hand, it’s the least private of the two places that it could’ve been, but on the other hand, having random people come in isn’t going to be that strange as it seems pretty open for the public. Heck, the building has a rotating door! If that isn’t inviting, you don’t know what it is.
Maybe getting in won’t be difficult, but past that…
