since this war is looming towards a fated end, I call for conditional peace as I believe a fair world must be established on a democratic table, I propose we share a council to debate the new balance of power in North America.
All three of us will posses the same voting weight since we represent the biggest war contributors, while the Orange Star will be given a special position of only demands which will be examined by the council, Diamond City and the Cherokee must come to a border agreement between themself otherwise the rest of the council will intervene.
To demostrate my will to peace I will halt most of my troops advancesment to retain a static front, with the exception for the Shi will to fight, which will be respected and supported.
