Although admittedly, they differ because she faked her death while Al straight-up disappeared, and he regretted it, the letter being the prime example, while Seiga lamented none of her actions and is still having a great time being a hermit. That makes her wicked in heaven's eyes, lacking care, living way beyond the average lifespan, and resurrecting a dead person. But heaven is full of those celestials who have shut the gates so they can hog the place.
Apparently, if she likes you enough, she'll follow you around. So she's prime material for comedic sociopathy and driving Al insane if we can get her as a companion, basically a fair folk.
I regret more and more that I chose to vote against becoming Cirno's subordinate. It might have been the secret route where Cirno ascends and becomes the new supreme God.
