Although admittedly, they differ because she faked her death while Al straight-up disappeared, and he regretted it, the letter being the prime example, while Seiga lamented none of her actions and is still having a great time being a hermit. That makes her wicked in heaven's eyes, lacking care, living way beyond the average lifespan, and resurrecting a dead person. But heaven is full of those celestials who have shut the gates so they can hog the place.
