The two Titan were now locked in a melee with one another. The Dies Irae quickly threw to the side its gun and slammed it into the face of Particep Semper as if it was a simple rod. Particep Semper, unfazed by such a foolish attack, swung a spinning Hellcannon into the torso of the aggressor which caused the Dies Irae to fall back just that little bit.
When Particep Semper went in for another jab the Diez Irea brought over its Plasma Annihilator and struck away the Hellfire Cannon of Particep Semper. Such a simple parry cause the martian sands underneath their feet to quake with force as thousands of tons words of metal were being thrown at one another.
It was a brawl between gods and this was not lost upon the Horde of Mortals that had joined the Dies Irae in its charge. Along with the sound of the attack was enough force that over a dozen of them had their internal organs rupture or simply becoming paste. Those who survived that tried to get at the feet of Particep Semper, but they found their advance squandered quickly as a team of Secatarii and Proelitors had manned the many hatches that were at the feet of Particep Semper.
The Dies Irae began activating its Plasma Annihilator and quickly brought it between the shielding system and Particep Semper. The Omnissiah knew such a tactic was to come, and with a flick of his mind caused the shielding system to activate at the moment where the Plasma Annihilator of Dies Irae engaged.
Such an attempt caused the Plasma round that was loaded within the gun to slam into the shielding system and dissipate violently into another dimension. For the Plasma Annihilator sent multiple rounds into the chamber at a time these rounds quickly rammed into one another and caused a jamming-like explosion within the weapon.
Both the Dies Irae and Particep Semper were sent back as the gun barrel exploded. The two of them looked at one another with fury as they regained their balance.
Then, as expected of something so foul, the Omnissiah watched as the energies of the Warp wrapped themselves around the broken Plasma Annihilator and transformed the strands of metal into plasma infused claws.
