>>5354692I've been thinking about this. For me its likely the difference between having all the Acillians/Astartes of the 2nd legion be (mostly) made in Lucius ala the Ultramarine style where most of them are made in Ultramar, vs being spread out.
My theory is that the in game practical effect will be whether or not the 2nd Legion will benefit from different Forge World Dogmas or just purely be benefitting from Lucian dogma, vs having everything in the Lucian realm and more centralized could reap benefits when we try to make our home more defended and more organized, so that its very well capable of defending itself, much like Ultramar.
